Jesse Howland is an American actor whose work includes a lead performance in the award-winning independent feature Battersea and a guest-starring role on CBS’s NCIS. Born and raised in rural North Carolina, he is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and is based in Los Angeles, California.
